Sleep quality is something that you’ll definitely need to improve upon, where possible. This might include incorporating blackout blinds so you’re not woken up abruptly by the morning sun. You may also want to look at white noise in helping to block out any sounds that would otherwise wake you up abruptly.
Quantity is also something you want to improve. This could be going to bed early and therefore getting an extra few hours of zzz’s in. If you’re not an early bedtime person, then try to get a bit more time in bed in the morning or throughout the day with a catnap if doable.

Eat healthily
Eating healthily is always something that can help improve the quality of your health. It could be eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, for example. Getting your five a day in terms of fruit and vegetables can make a big difference to how you feel every day.
Try to cut out as much processed food as possible. Keep sugary and salty foods to a minimum and moderate your food intake so that you’re not eating too much or too little for your body to feel happy and energized.
-
Practice mindfulness

Treat yourself regularly
It’s always good to treat yourself regularly, whether that’s checking out your local spa pricing for a massage or treatment, to going to the hairdressers for a fresh cut.
Everyone’s version of treating yourself will look different, so do something that brings you a lot of joy – even if it’s unusual!
Try to do this weekly if not daily, however small those treats might be. They don’t even need to cost anything.
-
