It’s International Women’s Day once more, and while we’ve come so far we still have so far left to go. The impact of women in our society, our businesses, our homes, in every space they inhabit is undeniable and deserves the utmost respect. As all good and honorable humans do.

Today and every day challenge yourself to empower a woman or a girl you meet. It could be a compliment given, an opportunity granted, or a bias acknowledged and remedied. No matter how you choose to uplift women, the beautiful thing is the world will be better for it. 🖤

This February marks two years for April and Eva on our team! They are both dynamo PR pros, with Eva hosting chocolate tastings in her spare time and April teaching spin classes while juggling three kiddos at home!

We don’t know how they have the energy for all their life’s passions and still bring it every day for our clients as well, but we are blessed to call them HITsters.

When my mom played, they were just grateful to be able to play in college. 👩‍🎓

When I played, we were just grateful if we played a few years professionally in Europe. 🏐

But now, when my daughters play, they know they can dream of playing professionally in their hometown. 💜

They can be a mom and a wife (if they want) and play the sport they love for a living right here in the US if they work hard and believe in themselves. 🥹

Our HITster Holiday Party was truly snow much fun!

Our HITster Holiday Party was truly snow much fun! ❄️ We kicked off the festivities with a private Fly Dance Fitness class that had us moving and grooving together. 👯 The energy was contagious, and it felt amazing to share those moments of joy and laughter as a team.

After working up an appetite, we indulged in delicious food and drinks at Elsewhere Too, making new memories over great conversations. It’s moments like these that remind us of our incredible bond and the strength we’ve shown through the ups and downs this year. 💗
