Sorry for the delay in posting lately, I’ve been working a bunch lately!
As we near the close of fashion month, Paris, my favorite of the bunch, is fully under way. We’ve seen a dark twist on the peplum and leather trends from the likes of Givenchy and Ann Demeulemeester, but recently, the Balenciaga show had a bit of an irreverent twist on women’s workwear that I found to be whimsical and playful. I loved the take on color-blocking mixing brights with metallics. Lots of the metallics, by the way. And I LOVED the moto-jackets ofver the chiffon dresses and skirts.
