I would love to tell you I have a game plan every holiday season. I’d love to say all my gifts are wrapped and I’m just patiently waiting for Christmas morning to arrive. In reality, I’ve got a to-do list a million miles long and gifts yet to buy. But tacos. Tacos are always something I can make time for. Yes, it’s tricky to find time during the holidays, but I think this may be a tradition we do every year from now on.
